Gastronomic Goodies at Gaslight

Gaslight’s popular appeal to the Francophile in all of us, their monthly Gastronomy Series, returns on Thursday, January 17th with a menu devoted to Alsace. Chef Michael Zentner’s five-course tasting menu will take its inspiration from the Germany-bordering region and will likely include such delicacies as wild game, choucroute and boudin blanc. The $55 meal also includes paired wines and Champagne (after all it’s not a French meal without Champagne). Plan to be in your seat by 8:00pm for the first course.
