More Cooking Classes from Marco

In the back-to-school spirit of the season, chef-owner Marc Orfaly and chef de cuisine Dave Hamilton kick off their fall cooking class series at Marco. Hamilton, who’s worked alongside some of the city’s finest chefs, will be sharing some of his expertise in two classes. On Monday, October 6th students will learn pasta-making from A-Z (or should we say agnolotti to ziti) as Hamilton offers instruction on preparing the dough and rolling it out. On Monday, October 20th Hamilton will focus on different sauces including Marco’s signature Bolognese and a classic ragú. The hands-on classes, which also include dinner and wine, cost $95 each and start at 6:30pm in Marco’s intimate dining room. Space is limited, so reserve your spot as soon as you can.
