On Thursday, October 17th, Mooo… is hosting Kobrand Wine Importers for an elegant evening of autumn ingredients paired with awesome Italian wines. Things kick off at 6:00pm with assorted cured meats and Lambrusco, followed by pan-roasted Mediterranean sea bass with Brussels sprouts and Brunello di Montalcino, and a wild boar ragu with foraged mushrooms paired with 2015 Barolo. Italian wine was made for food, and no season is better than fall to enjoy them.
