The peeps from Mooncusser Fish House are pulling out the corks on some of their most treasured wines on Tuesday, January 29th, sourcing the sippers from deep within the cellar. Each selection will be paired up with a seafood dish to compliment the delicate notes of the pours — you’ll try everything from a ’81 Heidsick Champagne “Charlie” to a Broadbent, Madeira ‘Verdelho’ 1954. Taste your way through oysters, tuna and truffles on the four-course menu from chef Carolyn Johnson, details of which can be found below. There’s only one way to make a reservation and that’s by calling 617.917.5193, so give the number a ring before it’s too late; dinner is $225 per person and limited to just 30 seats.
