Moody’s Delicatessen & Provisions in Waltham has carved out a name for themselves in the cured meats game, offering the finest in house-made charcuterie and general deliciousness with an all-star crew of dedicated chefs. Over the next month, they’re widening their talent pool even further, inviting a slew of chefs from all over the country to participate in their Guest Chef Nights in their Backroom. Come experience some of America’s most sought-after cuisine right in your backyard as Michelin- star recipients and Top Chef talent takes over the Moody’s kitchen. The events run from Saturday, March 3rd through Wednesday, March 28th (see the full line-up below). Tickets range from $85 to $95, and get you access to meals you’d ordinarily only see on TV.
