Monsters of Pork do American Lamb

The carnivorous chefs behind Monsters of Pork pick a new meaty muse for their next get together. On Saturday, April 2nd Garden at the Cellar’s Will Gilson, Tavolo’s Nuno Alves and Vadim Akimenko of Akimenko Meats will reunite for an afternoon of butchery demonstrations, tasty lamb treats and cocktails courtesy of Jägermeister. The fun, scheduled from 1:00-3:30pm at The Gallows, will also feature lamb-based dishes from The Gallows’ own Seth Morrison and Boston Lambassador Michael Scelfo of the Russell House Tavern. Tickets are $25 apiece (plus some processing fees). Place your order online asap so you can be part of the flock.
