From the department of news that’s almost too cute to print, Helping Hands is hosting their annual Monkey Helpers Food Festivale on Saturday, October 25th. Enjoy delicious bites from area restaurants and ensure that monkey helpers like Mikey, Rudy and Cricket can continue providing their services to those in need. There’ll be tons of treats from area restaurants like Eastern Standard, Mistral, Mooo, L’Andana, Sorellina, Teatro, Ostra, Rialto, Trade and Masa. And monkey bartenders will be serving cocktails, beer and wine all night (that last part is not true but we can dream). The event runs from 6:00-10:00pm at One Guest Street in Boston. Tickets are $135 each – $85 of which is tax-deductible and 100 percent of which will help Helping Hands raise and train helper monkeys as they’ve been doing for the last 35 years.
