Monday nights are just right for $1 oysters as Monument Restaurant & Tavern in Charlestown reinstates their popular Monday Night Raw program for spring and summer (and possibly beyond). The salty little bivalves are the obvious star of this work-week matinee, but the menu also includes a variety of other raw and cooked seafood dishes that’ll change weekly as the season (and the chef’s inclination) permits.
