A Mistral Menu Moves to Monday

A bright spot at the beginning of the week, Mistral makes their Chefs’ Tasting Menu available on Mondays. Book a table or drop in and lay claim to an open seat at the bar and you can feast on four courses for just $60. Chef-owner Jamie Mammano and his team switch up their offerings every week but you might expect something like oxtail tortellini with heirloom tomato consommé; or Colorado lamb loin with Israeli couscous, feta, cucumber and mint.
