Ming Tsai’s Cooking Live on Insta

Ming Tsai

Blue Dragon’s Ming Tsai is back in his home kitchen and on @PBSFood for another Instagram Live cooking demonstration this Thursday, April 30th. Starting at 3:00pm, he’ll be taking his Instagram fans through the steps of making a trio of easy DIY dishes from his repertoire: a refreshing Fresh Screwdriver Spritzer, Vegetable Fried Rice and a Cinnamon Apple Whiskey Crisp. The ingredients are listed below if you think you’ve got the chops to cook with Tsai in real time or feel free to tune in just for the fun of watching a pro do his thing. Set yourself a reminder and head over here just before 3:00pm so you get a front row seat (just kidding – they’re all front row seats).
