Dumpling lovers, mark your calendars for Monday, May 1st and get ready for Mimi’s Chūka Diner‘s next pop-up – the beloved chūka ryōri concept will be taking over for the night at Branch Line, Garrett Harker and Andrew Holden’s airy rotisserie in Watertown. Owner Ted Woo and culinary director Jon Awerman have put together a curated menu of some of their greatest hits for the next stop on their dumpling tour. Grab a reservation here and don’t sleep on it because spots will fill up fast for Sichuan Chili Wontons, Mochiko Lemon Pepper Wings, and Mimi’s Butter Mochi for dessert (check out the full menu below).
