Drink is bringing back their popular Tiki Sunday for a one-night-only collaboration with one of the hottest pop-ups around town, Mimi’s Chūka Diner. On Sunday, November 8th, co-owners Ted Woo and Jon Awerman will be taking over the kitchen at Barbara Lynch’s award-winning Fort Point bar, dishing up their delicious Japanese-style Chinese plates (called chūka ryori) to pair with bevvies from spirits guru Ryan Lotz, of Bar Mezzana and Shore Leave. You can expect Mimi’s signature dumplings, noodle dishes, ramen with Lotz’s magical, umbrella-topped concoctions. Seats are first-come, first-served so make sure to arrive early to snag your spot and spend the evening chilling out like you’re off in a tropical hideaway.
