Who runs the world? Girls. Beyonce’s mantra is the guiding force behind MIDA’s upcoming five-course tasting menu that they’ll be hosting on Wednesday, March 27th to celebrate female winemakers. March is Women’s History Month, so it’s a fitting time to highlight ladies who are breaking into a mostly men-dominated industry. Natural wines made through biodynamic farming will take center stage during the meal (menu details are below), and each plate gets paired with a glass of vino created by an Italian changemaker.
