Mid-Week Mexican Pop-Up at Coppa

If you missed Coppa’s first Mexican pop-up back in January, don’t worry you’re getting another chance. On Wednesday, March 24th, Sous Chef Erik Peterson and Senior Line Cook Joe Lopez will be showcasing their creativity and their skills for an evening-long menu take-over (more dishes, larger menu this time around, too) from 4:00-9:30pm. The a la carte offerings will be available for on-site dining, take-out and delivery.
