Mondays are now fundays at La Brasa, where chef Daniel Bojorquez is launching a new microbrew series. Every week, the Somerville restaurant will be preparing a three-course menu and pairing it with three beers or ciders from a featured brewery. First up: Foolproof Brewing Co. out of Pawtucket, Rhode Island. You can savor samples that exemplify their “experience-based brewing” philosophy, which has made them a standout in the craft beer game. You can hold out for upcoming appearances from Downeast, Notch, Rising Tide and Bantam, among others. Consult the calendar below to see what’s in store and plan on being in your seat in the La Brasa dining room by 6:00pm.
