Late Night at the Museum (of Fine Arts)

MFA Facebook

Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 3rd: it’s time for another Night at the Museum (of Fine Arts). MFA Late Nites return in style with a creative lineup of DJs, artists, live performances, and exhibits meant to enlighten and entertain from 8:00pm until 2:00am. Local DJs will keep the Shapiro Family Courtyard lit, with more music in the Line Wing for Contemporary Art by STL GOLD and Hasaan Barclay. There will be a virtual-reality experience from art collective MSHR and performances from Urbanity Dance, and featured artist talks guiding guests through the (un)expected families exhibition. Unwind in the new Escher exhibit, where you can try your hand at mind-bending puzzles from Nervous System Designs of Somerville and grab tricky swag at the Escher pop-up shop, or get artsy and sketch live models in Seeking Stillness. There will be snacks available from 8:00pm until midnight in the Shapiro Courtyard and pizza and pretzels in the Garden Cafeteria’s Beer Hall. Advance tickets are available online for $15, and they’ll be $20 at the door. Snag yours here.
