It’s time to take the whine out of wine pairing. On Wednesdays this April, Meritage on Rowes Wharf is throwing a weekly shindig that’s all about the art of pairing. Chef Daniel Bruce and Sommelier Ben Oram have put their heads together and come up with four distinct menus, each revolving around a different wine profile. Whether you want to take a Tour of Chile (April 3rd), attend a Rosé Soirée (April 10th), taste the season’s Spring Bounty (April 17th), or taste your way through the Willamette Valley’s Pinot Noirs (April 24th), there’s a dinner for that.
