Ment’or Wine Dinner at Bar Boulud

On Thursday, April 5th, two of the biggest names in the Boston Chef game are putting their heads and their hearts together for a one-night-only wine dinner event to benefit charity. Chefs Barbara Lynch and Daniel Boulud are collaborating on the Ment’or Wine Dinner at Bar Boulud, a five-course gastronomical gala donating half of the evening’s proceeds to Ment’or, a nonprofit organization benefiting young and aspiring chefs through education, internships, and access to a team of culinary mentors. The night will begin at 7:00pm with a selection of canapés, followed by a French- and Italian-inspired menu designed by both chefs. Tickets are $400 each including all courses, paired wines, and the opportunity to invest in your next favorite chef. Have a peek at the complete menu below, then click through for additional details, and your ticket.
