Memorial Day Ribs, Sausages & Charcuterie


The team at The Backroom at Moody’s is back with another Saturday night pop up this weekend. In this spirit of Memorial Day and backyard barbecues they’ll be offering a three-course baby back rib dinner complete with a garden green salad, baked beans, potato salad, and a slice of tres leches cake with strawberries — all for $24.95 per person. You can add a charcuterie board and bottles of wine to complete your meal or, if you’re in a grill-it-yourself kind of mood, you can order housemade sausages by the pound – probusto, kielbasa, andouille and sweet or hot Italian sausages – to toss on the barbie.
