While away the early portion of Wednesday evening rubbing elbows with Ryan Stirm of Stirm Wine Company at Spoke’s next Meet the Winemaker sesh scheduled for Wednesday, May 17th. A graduate of the Wine and Viticulture Program at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, Stirm is putting his degree and hard earned expertise into making unique wines using grapes from organic, dry-farmed vineyards in the Santa Cruz Mountains. In the midst of starting his very own vineyard in Aromas, he’ll be on-site at Spoke from 5:00-7:00pm to pour five of his wines for you to try. Head for Davis Square to chat, sip and see what these wines are all about.
