It shouldn’t take much arm twisting to get on board with the next wine dinner at chef Mario LaPosta’s Newton pizzeria, da LaPosta – he’s expecting a visit from Giacomo Rossi, the winemaker of Col Di Corte wines on Wednesday, November 8th. The winery located in the Marche region of Italy specializes in biodynamic, natural wines made with Montepulciano, Cabernet, and some unique local grapes like Lacrima di Morro d’Alba, and they’ll be matched up with dishes that are typical of Le Marche, which is a small but bountiful region on the Adriatic Sea (peep the menu below). If you want to taste some of their intriguing wines you better grab a spot here ASAP because the wine dinners at LaPosta sell out extremely fast. Dinner costs $145 per person and the night kicks off at 6:30pm.
