Meet A Fox-y Master Chef

South End Buttery

Reality cooking competition star Jason Wang (of Fox Network’s MasterChef Season 8) shows off his very real culinary skills at the South End Buttery on Tuesday, September 12th. As the inaugural guest for the Fall Wine Dinner Series: Meet the Master Chefs, Wang will be partnering with Buttery chef Matthew McPherson, to showcase the abilities he displayed on FOX with dishes like sea scallop crudo salad with pickled radish, meyer lemon and Vietnamese coriander as well as fresh uni pasta with egg yolk-uni sauce, baby sorrel and squid ink puree.
