For their weekly take-out pop-up, the team at the Backroom at Moody’s is doing one of the things (the many delicious things) they do best: meatballs. Reserve your three-course dinner online and sit down to a Saturday night feast of Caesar salad, followed by the main event – two meatballs with rigatoni, sofrito, tomato sauce, pecorino and romano cheese. Finish it all off (if you’re not too stuffed) with chocolate chip cookies. And don’t forget the wine; they’ve picked a couple options that’ll pair perfectly. The prix fixe costs $19.95 per person though you can add a la carte specials to augment your meal or restock your freezer; they’ve got charcuterie boards and a selection of house-made wursts, too.
