Students and football aren’t the only things back in town this fall. Whaling in Oklahoma is firing up another round of Meat & Three, their celebration of global barbecue, on Monday, September 23rd. They’ve invited Chef Derrick Teh of the hit pop-up Sekali—Malaysian for “once”—to bring his one-of-a-kind Malaysian flavors to the grill. He’ll be accompanied on booze by Koharu Usui, who will be pairing your barbecue experience with special cocktails. Tickets are $30 and get you a choice of meat with three side dishes. Cocktails are a la carte, and the whole menu is available from 6:00 to 9:00pm. Get on board here.
