Maxwell’s 148 Neibaum Coppola Rubicon Dinner

Chef Mitchell Maxwell invites guests to join him at Maxwell’s 148 for the next installment of their monthly wine dinner series at 7:00pm on Tuesday, February 15th. This month’s dinner features a vertical tasting of Neibaum Coppola Rubicon as paired with courses like foie gras torchon with winter fruit jam and crostini; braised beef short ribs with parmesan risotto cake and roasted Brussels sprouts; and an assortment of cheese cheeses presented by Wasik’s Cheese Shop in Wellesley.
