Matteo Luxardo of the family-owned Luxardo Company is making a one-night stop at Less Than Greater Than on Wednesday, September 12th to share his cocktail wisdom with the masses (well, maybe just the people of Middlesex County). Head to the Hudson hangout around 6:30pm (that’s when doors open), and start your schooling right at 7:00pm in this intimate class that also features a four-course tasting menu. Executive Chef Tom Kepner will be crafting the first few savory courses while Executive Pastry Chef Alyssa Lieberman ends the evening with some spectacularly creative confections. Plus, Matteo and Bar Manager Alan Ercolani are teaming up to create three specialty cocktails that’ll be exclusive to this event (the FOMO is real, friends). Have some dietary restrictions?
