Michael Schlow’s award-winning burger, which graced the bar menu at Radius, will be making an appearance at Via Matta – but only for a limited time. From January 13th through the 25th the famed sandwich will be available at lunch and dinner in the Park Square restaurant’s casual Enoteca. Pop in to reminisce over all the Vermont cheddar, crispy onion and horseradish sauce-topped deliciousness.
