Shake things up at Bomboa’s spring twist on your average wine dinner when they forsake the wine, and bust out the hard stuff. Join them on Wednesday, June 18th for a four-course martini dinner, chronicling the classic martinis and dishes from the 20’s through the 90’s. They’ll be offering chef Felino Samson’s regular menu a-la-carte if you’re not feeling adventurous food-wise. From the Boxcar to the Phat Cosmo the dinner will follow and celebrate the evolution of the martini through the ages. Dinner will be open seating.
