Market Tour with Ana Sortun – On Saturday, October 18th from 10:00am-2:00pm, take a guided tour of the Watertown markets that inspire Ana Sortun’s creative menu at Oleana. Learn where to buy packets of Mediterranean spice combinations, olives, grains, nuts, yogurts, pastry, and wines. Chef Sortun will share her expertise with you at these Greek, Armenian, Turkish, and Middle Eastern shops. The tour will be followed by lunch at Casablanca in Harvard Square.
