If the culinary world had royalty, chef Mario LaPosta would be the pizza prince. With Italian roots, an apprenticeship in Rome under his belt and a 10th place win overall in the World Pizza Championships, he’s no stranger to the wood-burning brick oven. On Saturday, July 14th, learn from the popular pizzaiolo himself in a make-your-own pie class at Babbo Pizzeria e Enoteca. Guests who are 21+ will also get a glass of Prosecco to help wash down their doughy creations.
