On Thursday, April 12th, Davio’s in Foxborough is hosting Paul Steinauer of Flora Springs Winery for a four-course wine dinner that will benefit both your palate and your karma, with proceeds going to the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation. Mr. Steinauer will lead you through a tour of the Flora Springs Napa Valley Estate, while you taste your way from Sauvignon Blanc to Cabernet alongside dishes like short rib tortelloni, roasted veal sirloin, and cookie dough crème brulée.
