On Tuesday, September 14th, savor chef Robert Fathman’s Latin-influenced creations like tuna and avocado tartare with blistered red chili vinaigrette; smoked and roasted duck breast mashed sweet potatoes, maple-pecan crunch, apricot and red chili mole; and Oaxacian chocolate cake.
