If you’ve not yet checked out Oak + Rowan (even if you have, actually) here’s a little extra incentive: on Wednesday, February 22nd, the Fort Point newcomer is hosting a wine dinner with Maria Sinskey of Robert Sinskey Vineyards. Sinskey, who’s the culinary director at the Napa vineyard (and, incidentally, wife of vintner and vineyard namesake, Robert Sinskey), will be on-hand to talk about the pairings and life as a West Coast winemaker. For their part, chef Justin Shoults and pastry chef Brian Mercury will be presenting a four-course tasting menu to accompany the organic and biodynamic wines.
