Chef Joseph Margate turns his attention to an array of wintry ingredients for Margate Mondays, his afternoon tutorials at the Liberty Hotel. Check the schedule below to see which seasonal delicacies strike your fancy, then sign up for any of the hour-long get-togethers, which start at 4:00pm at Clink.
