Chef Jason Santos is bringing an extra heaping of NOLA-style specials up north and right to the Back Bay for Fat Tuesday. Celebrate in the Voodoo Lounge at Buttermilk & Bourbon or in your very own home with Mardi Gras faves like po’ boy style fried oyster sliders, duck confit andouille gumbo, and a crawfish boil with all the fixin’s.
