Moody’s Chef Takeover Series: Marcus Ware

Moody’s Delicatessen & The Backroom is hosting a Chef Takeover Series this spring, inviting guest chefs into the kitchen to prepare a prix-fixe menu. First up is chef Marcus Ware, the Executive Chef at Greydon House in Nantucket, on Wednesday, February 21st. He’ll prepare a simple menu with a progressive take on American classics, starting at 6:00pm. Tickets are $85 per person (optional wine pairings can be added night-of) and can be purchased here.
