On Thursday, February 22nd, Eataly’s Il Pesce restaurant is hosting winemaker Marco Sara for a four-course seafood dinner paired with Sara’s fish-friendly Friulian wines. A third-generation producer, Marco has been working his family’s land near the Alps since he was a boy, and took over production in 2000. His wines are organic and estate-grown, utilizing wild yeasts and native grapes to highlight the taste and terroir of the region. This is an evening that seafood lovers and wine connoisseurs won’t want to miss. Dinner runs from 7:00 to 9:00pm, and tickets are $90 including tax and gratuity, available here.
