Chinese New Year Tea

Mandarin Oriental, Boston Facebook

Take a break from the cold and warm up inside with Mandarin Oriental’s Chinese New Year Afternoon Tea. You’ll start with a Champagne toast, sip your way through natural, loose leaf tea blends and get your fill of many tiny bites — including Hoisin Duck Filled Mandarin Pancake, Chinese Egg Tart and Yuzu Macaroon. 10% of proceeds from bookings go to the Boston Chinatown Neighborhood Center, an organization that creates family-centered programs and services to empower Asians and new immigrants on their path to achieving greater economic success and social well-being. The tea experience is $78 per person, and you can get your sippin’ on between 1:00 and 5:00pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Reservations are required — email mobos-lobbylounge@mohg.com to snag yours.
