Scallion Pancakes
2 cups boiling water
4-cups all-purpose flour
12 teaspoon salt
2 bunches scallions (save a few greens for Tzatziki sauce garnish)
14 cup Grapeseed oil
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil

Scallion-Lamb Mixture
12 pound of your favorite ground meat (I like lamb, dark ground
chicken or pork would work well)
1 red bell pepper, minced
1 small onion minced

Tzatziki Sauce
1 cup plain full fat yogurt
Freshly cracked black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon oregano or Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon powdered Garlic
Scallion greens to garnish from above
