On Monday, October 22nd, join Chef Nicco Muratore of Commonwealth in Cambridge at the Boston Public Market’s Kitchen classroom for a hands-on (and forks-ready) cooking class that’s all about gnocchi. You’ll learn everything you need to know to make your own ricotta gnocchi from scratch, including dough-rolling, cutting, and cooking, then the good chef will demo a recipe fashioned from seasonal ingredients he picked up in the Market. Once your pasta is done (and bagged up to take home), enjoy Muratore’s version while you sip on a selection of Mass-made wine courtesy of the Massachusetts Wine Shop. This killer class is $75 per person and it’ll definitely sell out (don’t mess around with gnocchi, guys). Tickets and more info this way.
