Maison Robert Honors Pierre Franey

On Tuesday, March 18th chef Ken Duckworth and Maison Robert honor Pierre Franey, the highly esteemed chef, author and television personality with a specially designed class to benefit BU’s Cooking Up Culture program, which introduces Boston school children to international foods. Master of Wine Sandy Block will pair both French and American wines with courses from chef Duckworth’s kitchen. Class participants are tasked with deciding which wines they think complement each course. Tuition is $85 per person. The class runs from 6:00pm-9:00pm.
