Spring may have officially arrived but, as you may have noticed, Mother Nature is in a decidedly snowier mood. If that makes you want to hunker down over a bowl of classic comfort food, get to Church for the return of their Monday night Craft Mac n Cheese series. Each week, chef John Rush will be picking artisanal ingredients (meats, cheeses and veggies) to gussie up this molten plate of melty goodness and pairing it with a craft beer. For example: short rib mac with broccoli rabe and emmentaler gets matched with a 22oz Ballast Point Sculpin IPA. The price will vary from week to week (depending on the pairing) but top out at $20.
