Get a jump on your holiday menu planning (and enjoy a tasty meal while you’re at it) at Scampo’s upcoming cooking class. On Thursday, November 15th, chef Lydia Shire and right hand man Simon Restrepo will show you just how to impress your guests with a how-to for the ultimate holiday feast. Meet them, and fellow class participants, at the Mozzarella Bar (yes, there’s a mozzarella bar at Scampo) at 5:30pm. The chefly duo will be demonstrating three courses and sharing tales from their long and storied careers in the industry.
