World renowned chef Barbara Lynch’s demonstration kitchen and cookbook store, Stir Boston, is offering a variety of luxurious picnic baskets throughout the summer. The baskets highlight the best of New England’s summertime flavors, featuring the harvest of Siena Farms. In each basket, you’ll find the essentials for an elegant al fresco picnic, such as a solid birch picnic basket, utensils, salads, house-made specialties, a dessert and a non-alcoholic beverage. Each month, the baskets will sport a different theme, June’s basket boasts southern charm, July’s gets sun-inspired and August’s cherishes the best of New England’s seasonal produce. The baskets cost $150 apiece and can be picked up on June 17th, July 15th and August 19th between 11am and 5pm. Orders may be placed through email at revervations@stirboston.com or by phone.
