Biondi-Santi Wine Dinner

Italian wine buffs, mark your calendars for Wednesday, March 13th — Luce (the newly-opened concept that was formerly known as Shephard) has invited Tancredi Biondi Santi for dinner. He’s the seventh generation proprietor of the winery who created Brunello di Montalcino, one of Italy’s most prestigious red wines, and during this intimate farm-to-table meal, you’ll sit side by side with the maker himself to learn more about the family production of truly exceptional wines. Luce’s menu changes daily — always highlighting fresh, local and seasonal ingredients — so the details won’t be available until day-of, but you can have a glance at the general offerings below, which include appetizers, brick-oven pizzas, fresh pasta and cool treats from chef Scott Jones (a Menton & No. 9 Park alum). Only 14 spots are available and seats are $175 per person (including everything: tax, tip and wine pairings). Give 617.714.5295 a ring to secure your space.
