Louis Jadot Wine Dinner at blu

At 23 years old, Mark Goldberger may be one of the youngest wine directors in town (maybe even in the country) but you can’t tell from his wine list. For his inaugural wine dinner at blu he pulls out all the stops. On Thursday, April 29th he and chef Dante deMagistris welcome Master Sommelier Olivier Masmondet to blu for a Louis Jadot wine dinner. The event boasts four courses and hors d’oeuvres prepared by deMagistris paired with five outstanding wines from the Louis Jadot portfolio. Some of the dishes on the menu: kingfish ceviche with raw Serrano chile, lemongrass and aged balsamic; roasted guinea hen with chickpea croutons and spring vegetable ragout; and braised veal breast with gribiche sauce, goat cheese and duxcelle mushroom tarte tatin. Dinner costs $150 per person, including tax and gratuity. For full menu information or to make reservations for the event, call 617.375.8550.
