Beer is the black of the beverage world—it goes with everything. On Monday, August 21st, Bar Boulud in the Mandarin Hotel is trying to prove it, partnering with Lord Hobo brewing for a four-course beer dinner from Chef de Cuisine Michael Denk and Pastry Chef Robert Differ. Bar Boulud’s Sommelier David Berube will host the evening, walking you through pairings like a pork trotter corn dog matched with New England Pale Ale and chicken supreme accompanied by a heady double IPA. A seat at the table is $75 (including tax and grat), and dinner starts at 7:00pm. For more information, call 617.535.8800, or grab your tickets here.
