When it comes to pairing food and wine, it helps to have a master around. That’s why Meritage’s wine director, Nicholas Daddona is hosting Master Class: Oyster and Shellfish Pairings on Saturday, September 16th. You’ll be shucking oysters (not literally) and sipping amazing wines from Champagne, Burgundy, Loire Valley and more. And if that’s not enough for you, stick around after the class for a multi-course wine dinner courtesy of chef Daniel Bruce. The fun begins at 3:30pm and runs $95 for the class, $210 if you’re staying for dinner.
