That’s why Meritage’s wine director, Nicholas Daddona is hosting Master Class: Oyster and Shellfish Pairings on Saturday, September 16th. You’ll be shucking oysters (not literally) and sipping amazing wines from Champagne, Burgundy, Loire Valley and more.
