Tosca restaurant in Hingham will once again be offering guests a chance to experience firsthand the marriage of fine wine and elegant cuisine in the upcoming installment of their annual Wine Dinner Series. To start off 2004, chef Kevin Long and his crew welcome representatives from the Lolonis Vineyard in Mendocino’s Redwood Valley on Monday, February 2nd at 7:00pm. Featured wines will include Lady Bug Red and a Private Reserve Zinfandel. The specially designed menu will include ricotta raviolini with parmigiano cream; glazed pork osso busco with double smoked bacon, pearl onions and butternut cubetti; herb crusted angus rib-eye with sea salt, truffles, and fingerling potatoes; and whipped butterscotch and vanilla bean pudding.
