On Tuesday, August 16th, UpStairs on the Square’s bartendress extraordinaire, Lolly Mason, shares some of the secrets behind her signature rum cocktails. Mason teams up with Bacardi to mix up some festive seasonal cocktails that are sure to go over beautifully at your next soiree. Chef Susie Regis will be using the produce and products of local growers to create small plates to accompany the cocktails.
